Chantry School requires an enthusiastic, energetic and patient individual to commence employment from September 2014. The position is ideal for an individual looking to deliver the Maths & ICT curriculum.
Ideally we would like individuals with experience of special needs (EBSD) but it is not essential as we offer many training opportunities. We are looking for individuals who can motivate the "hard to teach" through exciting and innovative methods.
Chantry is a special school for pupils from 11 to 16. All our students have emotional, behavioural and social difficulties as well as other complex needs. The successful applicants will join a very supportive team of professionals who are committed to changing and improving the lives of our pupils. An excellent sense of humour and the ability to work flexibly in an exciting environment are essential criteria.
